Fuel Saving In-Cab Coaching
Choose your in-cab session
Every in-cab session is conducted by an experienced TR assessor in your vehicle, on your routes. We work around your daily operations — not the other way around.
Coaching happens in real time during the session. Every driver also receives a written report with specific findings and recommendations.
- Immediate, actionable feedback — corrections happen in the moment, not in a debrief weeks later
- Tailored to each driver — every evaluation targets individual gaps, not generic classroom content
- On-job or off-job — evaluations can be conducted during a normal working day or off-job, whichever works best for your operation
- Written report — useful for compliance, employment, and insurance purposes
- Suitable for any fleet size — single operators to large national fleets

More ways to save fuel
This campaign is supported by EECA. Explore practical tools and tips to reduce fuel use:
Stage 1: Pre-drive check
Our Assessor meets you at the yard and rides along from the start. We begin with a vehicle safety walk-around to establish baseline habits before a wheel turns.
Stage 2: On-road coaching session
The coaching session can cover real routes - urban, rural, and highway. Our Assessor evaluates and coaches on speed management, braking, cornering, and hazard response, with a particular focus on observation, anticipation and planning, as well as the driver's use of in-cab technology.
Stage 3: Real-time coaching
This is where the savings happen. Feedback is given in the cab, in the moment - correcting habits where they occur, not in a debrief room days later.
Stage 4: Written report
Every driver receives a detailed report with findings, improvement areas, and recommendations - useful for fleet managers and compliance records.
