Pre-employment driver evaluation
A structured snapshot of a candidate’s driving standard with or without coaching, giving you an objective, documented basis for hiring decisions involving Class 2–5 vehicles.

Driver evaluation
For experienced Class 2–5 drivers who would benefit from structured coaching and formal assessment. Conducted on-job where possible so the evaluation mirrors real working conditions.

Post-incident driver evaluation
For Class 2–5 drivers returning to heavy vehicle operation after an incident. Structured to identify contributing behaviours and give both the driver and your business documented confidence before resuming normal duties.

What to expect
Evaluations take place on a route that reflects the environment your driver normally operates in. The evaluator coaches throughout the session as needed, and every driver receives a full debrief on completion.
Before you arrive: Drivers must hold the correct Class 2–5 licence for the vehicle being evaluated bring it on the day. Make sure the vehicle provided is legally compliant.
After the evaluation, a full written report is provided to your organisation. It identifies risk factors, loss drivers, and specific recommendations suitable for Health & Safety records, HR, and insurance documentation.
